If that’s really important…then we may not be a good fit for you.

A per sqft price feels good, but leads to an unrealistic budget…you’re happy at the beginning but miserable after dozens of change orders take you thousands above your original budget…and by that time, you’re stuck.
We don’t compile your budget like that. Lets sit down and let us review your project.

If you don’t care about the quality of the work, then we might not be a good fit.
For instance if you want a friend or a handyman to do some of the work, and your not concerned about codes, insurance, and warranties. We have to be, we are the professional.
